Megan Lab jacket

Love this jacket! Received a size too big, but this company came through and sent me a size that fit perfectly. Not too hot, not too cold. Very comfortable!

Customer service

I love the jacket. Thats why I bought it. However, I attempted to reach out to customer service to exchange it, because it is too big but NEVER got a response! Now I'm stuck with a jacket that's still in the bag and can't wear which is money lost.
